New member intro
Hello everyone,
Thanks to everyone for contributing all of this great advice. As I get older and see my workouts/habits get harder but my gains go backwards, it seems Mother Nature is gaining the edge, so I'm looking towards new methods of holding her off.
I'm 41, been keeping up with an active and healthy lifestyle, but staying in the same shape as my Marine Corps days has been rough.
I'm hoping to gain some extra knowledge and a few tools to continue and hopefully add some size, especially now that my cardio is reduced. Always been on the lean side, kind of a hard gainer. Now a days it seems that my belly can grow much faster than my arms!
