    Just a new guy here. I am 18, short 5ft 2in, comes from genes. So just here to bulk up and get bigger I am sure you guys can help out. Thanks

    It bears repeating. Please do not do steroids at 18. FFS, you arent done growing yet. Not just height. But if you're here for other advice, it's a great resource.

    Don't jump on gear yet, I'm 19 and thought I wanted to start when I first came to the forum, so much so that I'd already bought the test. Thankfully the guys on here talked some sense into me and since then I've learnt how bad of an idea it really is to start at our age.

    Welcome, I won't be saying anything everyone else hasn't but don't start anything yet.. 21 is the absolute minimum i would recommend but ideally wait until your 24-25.

    Plenty of information around here just take as much knowledge in as you can and by the time your 21-25 you'll be a pro.
