    Another New Guy

    Hello to all,

    I am a 32 year old male, 5' 10" - 230 pounds - 31% body fat.

    Growing up as a morbidly obese kid, I hit 400 pounds before high school graduation. A couple years later I lost the weight at an FPC in Wisconsin, where I also learned to lift weights in a limited capacity and to deal with compulsive eating habbits - got down to 185 pounds but found it very had to go further without starvation (apparently that's bad for you). Now, the weight has slowly been creeping back, so I am joining to learn more about macro-nutrition and supplements in furtherance of sustainable weight loss.

    Navigating the plumes of weight loss studies, strategies, tactics, and claims is too daunting for me to do alone; I look to you for insight!
