    Hello from Earth.

    Hi there. I’m about to start a cycle…technically it will be my third but I haven’t done anything since I was about 19. I’m 37 now. I have consistently lifted since I was 16 and the past five years I have been a competitive crossfitter. Most of my training revolves around core barbell and olympic lifts…ie (back squat, front squat, overhead squat, clean and jerk, snatch, barbell press and bench. I do a lot of pull-ups and weighted dips with some bicep work but I really don’t do much of the other bodybuilding specific exercises....just not really interested. I’m looking to gain a little weight and lose BF. I am 5’9″ and weigh 190 with about 12-13% bf. My diet is clean, although I typically don’t eat enough. I am planning on doing 12 weeks of Test-e at 400/week in addition to EQ for a total of 16 injections at 400mg every 6 days. Here is what my cycle is looking like as I have written it out. Based on friends suggestions I am doing more EQ than test due to the delayed effects of the EQ and have decided to do that for the first three weeks so by the time I add in Test the EQ will be taking effect not long after.

    week 1-14 EQ 400/week every 6 days.
    week 4-14 Test-E 200mg twice a week every 3.5 days
    arimidex 1/4 tab every other day starting on the 2nd day and going until PCT starts
    hCG 250u every 3.5 days from week 1 until the last T injection
    14 days after last T injection my Nolva will be 60/40/40/20/20/20/possibly a week of 10mg/day depending on how I’m feeling. This amount of dosing may be overkill but being that it’s only my first time and I don’t know how I’m going to respond I will adjust accordingly and obviously start the Nolva sooner if I have any sore nipples…ect…ect.

    I have been reading a lot about this stuff trying to be as educated as I can about this and am trying to get as many opinions as I can about how I am going about it. Of course we all know what opinions are like but it never hurts to hear what others have to say. Experience is great to hear about.
