    new memmber

Just a new member saying hi.

I was never into body building , but I love functional martial arts
been doing them for about 12-15 yrs
boxing , mt , bjj , jkd , eskrima I love all of them
I would supplement all of that with some weightlifting ,focusing on low set high weight heavy compounds (deadlifts , clean and jerk , squats etc) but I never did it for body building

    recently I had couple surgeries
full acl reconstruction where they used a part of my hamstring
both meniscuses - one trimmed and one stitched up
and bonegraft done from my hip to my jaw to make some extra bone for couple implants

and atm recovery after that sucks
it sucks so much im starting to regret even doing that acl surgery
the pt was biggest bullshit - bike , and bunch of garbage mobility that didn't help me at all

    anyway
I figured that getting some steroids will be the best way to recover
so I talked to a guy who is a gym owner and he suggested couple things
but that's for the other forum

    so that's my short story
thx for reading and have a great day everyone
