HELP living with graves disease /hyperthyroidism
I have graves disease and hyperthyroidism basically my body's running of full tilt I'm 5'11 147lbs my normal body weight is 185 my Endo isn't doing much for he just finally mentioned hgh but did not prescribe Idk what else to do I'm gonna try a hormone replacement center? Any suggestions or pointers or how to gain weight back I lift 4-5x a week. Thanks

Welcome to the community. If your bloodwork shows the need hrt can be very helpful.

How old are you? How long have you been lifting? How is your diet?
I would say that HRT would be beneficial too you, but I wouldn't jump right into anything before pushing your doctor a little more to give you options to help.
