    Coming back from a break

    I'm almost 30 now. I've been lifting since I was about 21. I got married at about age 26 and stopped lifting regularly for a few years. I still lifted when I got the chance but that was maybe once a week or every other week and I'd do more of a light full body workout rather than my old typical lifts. I recently came into a lot of spare time and I have started lifting 3 to 5 times a week. Just like I use to. I am making great gains. I'm almost to where I was a few years ago.

    I plan on using steroids in about a year and a half... Until that time comes I'm doing all the research I can and I want to make a few friends in the process. I don't personally know anyone who uses steroids so I don't have anyone to talk to or learn from about it.

    I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone. I look forward to learning a ton of info on this subject from some of the best in the business. You guys.
