Complete newbie to all of this.

Hi there everyone,

I am 145lbs and about 5.8. and 40 years old. My fat percentage right now is around 12-13%. I am looking into the use of steroids to gain some lean muscle weight. I have a triathlon background and have done so for many years so am lean and light but now want to bulk up a bit. My diet is pretty good with the occasional cheat here and there.

Not really sure where to start but have spend some time reading posts and trying to find these elusive stickies... ;-) i must be missing them...

Not sure where to start or what to take but want to learn. I am a little freaked by needles so the thought of orals sounds like a safer start for me.

First off welcome to the forum. Your a little light at that hight to cycle yet imo. Hit the nutrition section and post up your meal plan for review. Your going to need to start there before cycling anyway
