New Member in NYC Seeking advice...
Want to make sure I am doing this the right way although i think i might get lots of different opinions. This is what my trainer said to purchase. I am in ok shape at 43 besides my GUT which i am working on and trying to eat healthy as much as possible-been working out about a year and do weight training about 2-3 day a weeel and cardio 2-3 days a week.
I want to get big- Not body builder big but muscle ton-energy, etc.
My first cycle i used Testosterone cypionate twice a week for 10 weeks as it was my firs go at it. So its been a month and ready to start me nex cycle..
I eat ok during week-lot of protien and weekends i will cheat sometimed so want to make sure i am taking these in the correct order and what days and how much...so looking for opinion . I work odd hours so usually shot in the morning.
looking for someone expereinced with these products below and give me some ideas on what to take when and how much. My inital thought is 1 cc a day on monday, 1 cc on Wed and 1 cc on Friday. Should i start at a 1/2 cc 1st week? talk to me and thanks in advance for guidance.

well the good news is I don't think you are going to get a lot of different answers on this one.
1. if your body fat % is high enough that you have a gut then you should not cycle as the extra fat will increase the chances of estrogen related side effects.
2. If you did run a 10wk cycle I don't see a PCT mentioned anywhere in there. If you did a proper 10wk cycle then the formula of when to start your next cycle is time on plus PCT equals the wait time. 10wk cycle+6 wk PCT is 16 weeks before you consider your next cycle. You need time to let your body recover and get back to normal.
3. That cycle is way more complicated then it needs to be for a second cycle.
4. I would suggest you do some reading on here. start here. My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle
5. Stop listening to your trainer. I don't see any AI, PCT or HCG mentioned. If you didn't run this along with your first test cycle then he gave you poor advice. you may feel fine now, but you can certainly do long term damage messing with your hormones.

You are better off posting this in the 'Q & A' section for more help. You will for sure get more hits. It does sound like you have a base but keep in mind diet, nutition and rest are very key to running any cycle. Do your research and do not be afraid to ask questions. Just click on the "Forum" tab at the top left of the home screen. It will take you to all of them. When scrolling use the "New Posts" icon to see the most current ones from all the forums here. Take some time and read the educational threads link at the top of the AAS Q & A Forum and you see how wrong your trainer really is.
