Whole eggs, cholesterol etc.
I currently consume about 10 whole eggs a day.
From what i've been reading i am getting mixed info. Some say eggs are God's gift, some say they are Satan's food due to dietary cholesterol if you eat more than 2-3 yolks a day.
So my question is, what is your take on this matter ?
Am i going to develop long-term issues or am i gtg ?
Those 10 whole eggs are one of my important meals. If cholesterol is not an issue, i would rather keep the 10 eggs than replace them with protein powder or even more meat...

Eggs got a bad rap many years ago based on faulty information. Here is some information on why eggs are GOOD for you:

There is a whole lot more information out there on why they're good for you as well. I just picked this one as it came up first. I've read a bunch of articles/studies about eggs.
I was raised to believe they are evil, too. However, the more research I do, the more I realize how GOOD they are for you. I eat eggs pretty much EVERY day. Maybe not 10 but 3-5 on average.

The idea that dietary cholesterol have much impact on blood cholesterol levels is, if not entirely, fairly debunked. About 25% of it comes from diet and 75% is produced inside the body by the liver. Much of the dietary cholesterol can not even be absorbed by the body!!! The body regulates the amount of cholesterol in the blood by controlling its internal production. If intake goes down the body makes more, if intake goes up, production goes down.
