Need some help with my PCT

Ok my cycle is coming to an end in a few weeks
I have nolvadex , clomid, CLEN , liquidex.
Ive been taking liquidex everyday during cycle.
I was thinking i should keep taking the liquidex everyday, start the CLEN 1 week after last shot, clomid 2 weeks after last shot.

Should i include the nolvadex as well? What doses should i take for everything? Sorry PCT research wasnt my strong point. Thanks

BTW my cycle was:
weeks 1-4 dbol 20mg
weeks 1-10 deca 150mg
weeks 1-10 test cpy 500mg

1st day of week 12.....
30 days clomid @ 100mg/ED
30 days nolvadex @ 20mg/ED
30 days liquidex @ .25/ED

keep the nolvadex and liquidex going from now on until the last day of post cycle therapy . You can also run the clomid the classic spread if you want, but I really put allot of faith into pheedno's recovery plans.

ok thanks... but what about the CLEN . I thought it would be good due to its anti-catabolic properitys and help me burn a bit of the fat i got
