I just started pct after my first cycle. While on, I was eating about 3500-3700 cals per day of clean food (no crappy stuff). My BF went up to about 12% while on. Now that I am in PCT, I have heard to keep calories high to support new muscle. If I cut back to 3200 cals a day and keep protein, carbs, and fat where they should be, will this be sufficient? I could eat much more cuz I am always hungry but I want to cut back to 9% BF. Shouldn't I loose the fat first (before any catabolization) as long as I am getting quality 3200cals per day?
