nolva during cycle?

Im using deca sust and dbol , after i get off the dbol on the 5th week, is it reccomended to start nolvadex from then until the end of the cycle. and then using clomid PCT. Ive heard diff takes on this subject whether to use anti e's during cycle or after. My last cycle i just crashed afterwards. i did it all wrong and this i wanna do it rightthis time. any info would help.

deca 400mg week 1-8
sust 500 mg week 1-9
dbol 30-40 mg week 1-5
nolvadex?????

I would run nolva between 10 and 20mg a day from the start of the cycle to be on the safe side and run it through your PCT along with your clomid. Also, do some more searching on that cycle you have planned...I think you'd be a lot happier running the deca and sust a little longer. Definately do some searches on B6 and the deca gyno too. Oh, and this might have been a typo, but your dbol says 30-40mg week...it should be 30-40mg day.

ya, it was a typo, sorry. 30-40 mg /day. thanks for the info, i hear b6 slows down gains. have you heard this?

If your not using an AI such as arimidex , then run 20mg of Nolva

You should have started the Nolva or any anti-e's 2 weeks prior to your cycle. This gives enough time to build blood levels...... Like Pheedno said 20mg through the cycle and PCT w/ clomid

I always recomend people run Nolvadex during the cycle and running Clomid during the cycle is optional.
