Starting december 1st i will be running

400mg deca ew
700mg test prop ew
10mg novadex ed

Now my question is, i will be running the deca for 10 weeks and the prop for 12. what should i take after i am done. i have anything and everything available so i will do what ever you guys suggest as i have never really done much in the way of pct. also if you can tell me doses and time to start it i would really appreciate it.

i would run the prop for another week 13 in total

then 3 day's after last prop shot start pct

this is what i do

day 1 300mg clomid 40mg nolvadex 0.25mg l-dex
day 2-7 100mg clomid 40mg nolvadex 0.25mg l-dex
day8-21 100mg clomid 20mg nolvadex 0.25mg l-dex
day22-30 50mg clomid 20mg nolvadex 0.25mg l-dex
