Test-E. Best PCT set-up?

I ran Test Enanthate at 500/wk for 10 weeks. My last shot was last Tuesday which is exactly a week ago. I plan on starting my PCT on monday which is 13 days after my last shot. PCT will consist of clomid and nolva. The clomid looks like this:

day1: 300mg
days 2-11: 100mg ed
days 12-21: 50mg ed

My question is about the nolva. I started running it in week 8 of my cycle at 10mg ed and have kept doing so. I am thinking that I should probably up the anty a little for PCT. Some say 40 ed for 2 weeks, then 20 ed for 2 more weeks. But others say that is a little bit of overkill. Crunch time is approaching and I have plenty of nolva, its just a matter of how I should run it. What are everyones thoughts?

I ran the same cyle but with 600mg of test-e, Your PCT is almost exactly as mine was. Had excellant results. Kept most of my gains. I would run my nolvedex at 20 mg a day for the same three weeks as my Clomid. Both work great together. Also, After PCT is done I would recommend getting blood work done to double check everything. Mine came back normal. Had such good results my 2nd cycle will be the exact same.

Yeah, 20 mg novla ed 13 days after your last shot. You can start afew weeks before if need be to keep any sides away. Gettin Swole... If you do the exact same, dont expect to get the same results, your body has built up a tolerance to it, and you will need to switch up you cycle to continue growth. Try to add some EQ maybe...
