Best PCT's from ARR?

Hey all, Im needing a little help with a few things, sorry for all the questions but I am little new to the PCT treatments. In previous cycles I never used them, but they were shorter cycles and were not heavy by any means and my body seemed to be able to recover using only natural products........kinda foolish on my part though.

I would like to do a proper PCT as well as Nolvadex during and after.

Would anyone be willing to share with me what to do after a 13 week omnadren cycle
1) how much Nolva to take daily during cycle and after, do I run this until the end of my PCT?
2) Is clomid, and my natural sups enough with the nolva after my cycle?
3) How much of the nolva and clomid do you need to purchase from ARR is 1 bottle of each sufficient???
4) where do I find information on the dosing of the Nolva and clomid for daily values

During cycle is up to you, some people dont run any, I have run 10mg and 20mg before, and now just run Letro. This depends how prone you are to getting estro related sides such as acne, bloating and ESPECIALLY gyno. But I dont think you need more than 20mg ED while on cycle. Once you start PCT I would suggest having the dose at at least 20mg ED, I like 40mg ED for the first two weeks of PCT then down to 20mg for 2 weeks and 10mg for two more. 6 Weeks total PCT for myself.
2) Is clomid, and my natural sups enough with the nolva after my cycle?
Yes, this is the standard PCT, although as of late there have been MANY other PCT strategies arising this is what a lot of people run (including myself) and have great success with.
3) How much of the nolva and clomid do you need to purchase from ARR is 1 bottle of each sufficient???
Yes one of each will be sufficient to cover PCT, however, if you want to run Nolva while on cycle as well ED than you will need more.
4) where do I find information on the dosing of the Nolva and clomid for daily values
Just ask man. If you mean daily dosaged for PCT I will share with you how I run it.
Clomid:
Weeks 1-2: 100mg ED (300mg first day)
Weeks 3-4: 50mg ED
Nolva:
Weeks 1-2: 40mg ED
Weeks 3-4: 20mg ED
Weeks 5-6: 10mg ED
