3 questions about nolvadex

My cycle looks like this......
10 weeks of sus 250 500 mg a week shots split up eod
nolva for 1 week prior to cycle and 20 mg ed thru cycle......i already have naturally puffy nips and i am worried about gyno
so question 1 is
1-should i run nolva straight thru my last shot until pct or cut it out from last shot until pct starts....i am starting pct 18 days after last sus shot
2-how much tamox citrate do i need to get 20mg a day?????????

3-should i run l-dex with pct and if so how much......i was planning on clomid but i think i am getting swayed by negative feedbacks

4-should i cut nolvadex to 10 mg a day thru cycle

Thats a basic cycle. I wouldnt even run nolva through the cycle until/unless you see signs of gyno. Check your MG/ML content to see how much 20ml is, unless your running pills which should be eaasier to figure out.

the reason i ask about tamox citrate vs. nolvadex strength is b/c i read on one of these forums that tamox citrate is weaker than nolvadex and must be taken 35mg (citrate)to get 20mg of nolvadex potency.....is that correct or are they the same..........i dont want to underdose

tamox is the same thing as nolva...i've been running .25mg l-dex...also with the clomid i think it does **** with ur head....it makes me a lil depressed, but just take it late at night and dont even think of it and u should be fine...
