Running nolva and armadex long term, on their own?
Just curious,
Has any one out there ever tried to combine both a small dose of Nolva, with a small dose of Arimidex on their own long term?
Like 10mg nolva, and .25 armadex for six months?
Would there be any real risky sides at those doses?Last edited by meathead320; 06-01-2006 at 11:48 AM.

Why would you want to do that?

Well, just remember that you still need a a bit of estrogen in your system, and I guess you'll suffer more from lack of estrogen than you will benefit from the increase in test. But try it out, it may yield an overall positive result.

The risk is that you lower your estogen levels to a dangerous low level.

at .25mg ED?
that is half the amount a lot of guys use on PCT, also the reason I am suggesting using nolva at 10mg, would be to keep cholesterol values good.
I agree too little estrogen is bad, but I am not talking about wiping it out, just lowering it by about 10-20%.
Then if lest say it is "slightly" lower than it should be, then the nolva could help keep some of the functions of estrogen going.
The idea would be to keep natural test in the high-nromal, or just above the normal range, and keep a decent amount of that as free test.
I do not want estrogen to get too low, but still get a little lower.
I have not commited to this yet, I am just brainstorming.
I know a lot of guys use .5 daily arimidex durring a "bridge", where they are on nothing but that, to keep their test high, and I am suggesting using HALF of that.
Maybe I could get blood work done every few weeks to make sure my estrogen is not too low, if it is, the switch to .25mg EOD.
The reason behind the 10mg nolva, vs. 5mg, is because arimidex on its own can decrease nolva in your system, by about 40%, so if I want 5mg, then I would need to take 10mg.
So if I got regular work done to monitor cholesterol, (some cardio would not hurt either) and make sure estrogen is not too low, still in normal range, just low end of it, then would this be very risky?Last edited by meathead320; 06-01-2006 at 11:47 AM.
