ok guys i had posted in one of the other forums, but this is the proper forum and i think i have this all figured out so i'll give it another try.
phera-plex cycle
on cycle--------4 weeks long
pp=10/20/20/30
hawhorne berry= 2 grams ed
flax seed oil= 3000mg ed
milkthistle=400 mg ed
AX perfect cycle= 2x ed

PCT---------4 weeks
hawthorne berry= 2 g ed
AX pct= as directed on bottle
tamox(nolva)=40 mg ed X 2weeks, 20 mg X 2 weeks
