Clomid sides

I've heard Clomid makes you depressed and sometimes a lil crazy. My questions is:
what is it that actually causes this?

I'm going to run Nolva & clomid for my pct and I'm just curious as to what actually causes the emotional sides and how long they last.

i dunno the excet compound that causes this. but it never happens to me.

try taken it before bed if you start to get sides of the clomid

I would imagine that part of the emotional sides from clomid is the fact that while you take the clomid your body is not producing enough Test (during PCT)...so the emotions may be relating to the low test and not directly to the clomid. I used clomid and Nolva after my cycle and noticed no sides at all.

Yup, not much test and raised estrogen, causes that emotional problem with some that use clomid only for PCT. Clomid doesn't block estrogen like nolva, it can make you very emotional if you have raise estrogen during PCT and using clomid only.

I was wondering if you could use an anti depressant such as Welbutrin to help with the side effects??? I've used it before and it gives you energy and makes you feel pretty good.

I also was wondering if you can expect to gain weight (fat) when coming off of a cycle??? Welbutrin is also good for supressing your appetite but I am not sure if this would be good or not.

I hope I am not hijacking this thread, just tought I would add my $.02 worth!

when watching movies with happy endings i might fell a little bit more emotional but all in all no sides at all, just take it before bed and you'll be good
