    which does what, i know one blocks ester, and the other reverses gyno, but which does what????

    nolva is a serm
    letro is an AI

    a serm will bind with estrogen receptors and stop the estrogen binding

    an AI will prevent the conversion of androgens into estrogen

    so if you want one for reversal letro would be the drug of choice
