test prop pct you pick

I am doing a 9 week cycle of test prop 50mg/ed. My pct is between these two. Which one is better?


Day 1-7_ .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Day 8-21_.25mg L-dex + 75mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Day 22-38_.25mg L-dex + 20mg Nolva

or

Week Nolvadex Aromasin
1 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
2 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
3 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day

personal preffrence both are good. But i would go with the first one

thanks i made a shorter version i am doing about a 8 week cycle test prop 75 mg/day this is my new pct:
Day 1-14 .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Day 15-28_.25mg L-dex + 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
Day 29-38_.25mg L-dex + 20mg Nolva
