PCT, does time of day matter?

Searched the forum... couldn't find answer. May be irrelevant, however, what is the best time of day to do your PCT? AM? PM?

Also is it OK to combine all PCT products at same time?

I would say it would be best before bed, but im just guessing. Probly want to wate for a more reliable anser.
