Haven't been chewing IP Nolva and Clomid

I finished my first week of PCT after a 9 week cycle of 400mg/week Test E and read somewhere that you need to chew IP orals, I haven't been, was that a total waste? I haven't lost any weight and my strength is still the same or even a little better, should I stretch my pct out a week longer? oh, my libido is still good, not quite what it was two weeks ago of course. Thanks.

I have been using ip nolva for over 2 years and have never chewed them. I am aware that the tabs are to be chewed, but I haven't. I do chew the cialis and the anavar , cialis i have done both ways and not noticed much difference. Good Luck!

Thanks, I was worried I just crapped out a weeks worth of PCT.
