Hey I am about to start a cycle of 400mgs of Deca 400mgs (12 weeks)of Propionate and I want to know what to use for the PCT how much and when??? Please Help!! Also I was reading that Letrozol will help for H2O retention, how much of that should I take a week or day?? I know this is alot of ?'s but the help would be much appreciated! B

There is no set PCT for any cycle. Check out the Stickies...especially the one by Stocky (Unofficial PCT guide) you can follow the link to it in my signature. Make sure to include at a minimum 1 SERM and 1 AI.

Is that .25mgs a day or week for the letro to prevent gyno?? And what is the ED per qupte below??? Thank you for the help and the Links. B

This brings me to my next point. Do not listen to anyone who tells you to bump up your nolvadex to 60+mg ED if you get gyno. I have no idea where this idea started but I have seen it suggest far too many times recently.

.25mgs per day is correct. ED = every day. EOD = every other day.

In all honesty you probably dont need any letro. It would be good to have it on hand if problems arise during cycle tho if you dont how you react to deca .
