Critique my PCT please:

I'll be running a Deca (300mg/Week - 11 Weeks) and Test-e (400mg/Week - 12 Weeks). I know all the starts peroids, etc. and I want to keep as much of the gains as possible.

PCT - 4 Weeks
- Nolvadex (Run @ 10mg/ED through cycle AND PCT)

- Clomid @ 300/Day1, 100mg/ED Days 2-11, 50mg/ED Days 12-21, 25mg/ED Days 22-28

- Aromasin @ 10mg/ED

- Tongkat Ali (Natural Test Booster)

Anything I should rethink/replace? Ive read lots of good stuff about Clen .....

I know its a very expensive PCT but after weeks of reading, it looks to cover the bases, so to speak.

I would up your nolva to at least 20 mg/ed during pct. Replace the nolva during your cycle with proviron 25 mg/ed or letro.

bump the nolva upto 20mg in pct and bump the aromasin upto 20mg ed. Also just run the clomid at 100mg all the way through

So starting the clomid high and ramping down isnt more effective?

And the Nolva, would I take that in the 2 week gap after the last shot of test-e?

[edit] = the only problem w/upping the aromasin up to 20mg/ED is the fact that the place I get it only has a 300mg Bottle. @ 20mg/ED, it would last 2 weeks.....and that stuff is NOT cheap. 2 bottles is well over $100.

Could I replace it with Arimidex , its a lotttt cheaper.

What about the 2-Week after my last injection and before my PCT, do I take anything (need to know so i can order the right amounts).

[edit] Found the right stuff, so heres the new plan:

During cycle: Proviron 25mg/ED

Would it be more beneficial (combat water weight) to replace Nolva in the PCT with Proviron by just upping the dose to 50mg/ED?

now this PCT look's good i would stick with this. also if you can get it i normally run prop for the last week and a half before pct after i finished the long estered test just to make the PCT nicer. Then i cut the prop three days before i should start pct. Now this is not a must only a suggestion

1)What should I throw in that 14-day gap in between last injection of test-e and first day of PCT?

2)Do i continue taking proviron during that 14-days because the test-e is still active in my system

1) i wouldent bother with anything else like i said it aint a neccesity just an added benifit.

2) yes that would be a good idea
