    need excact directions on pct

    I am thinkin of starting a test e cycle at 500/week for 12 weeks. i have never done a cycle before and i dont want to **** up. i am looking for suggestions on what and how much to take and should i take anythin else while on the cycle any help is much appreciated

    have a read at the stickys at the top of the page then plan your pct put it up and i'll have a look at it mate
