Test E and deca pct?

I am about to start my third cycle consisting of :
wk 1-4 40mg dbol
wk 1-12 500mg test e
wk 1-10 300mg deca
I would like to use this pct by Anthony Roberts:
Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day
However, I can not get Aromasin. My question is, should I not do this pct or is there something that I can substitute with the Aromasin. If I should do another pct what should I do.
I am 5'10" 220lbs. I have been training for about 8 years and train 5days per wk.

Bump... Is HCG even necessary at only 500mg per wk?

You can use Arimidex instead of Aromasin . If you do this PCT the HCG is necessary because it will kick start your natty Test production back to life

It says 500iu/DAY!

Sorry guys, I meant to say is HCG even necessary at only 500mg of test e per week. I read somewhere that HCG is not a must if you are using 500mg or less of testosterone .

Its not a must for any dose you are taking. All it does is keep your balls in shape. If you dont care then its not needed

ive been seeing alot about arimidex being taken throughout the cycle is that also .5mg ed or is that strictly pct dosage? and is there any bennefit to arimidex over nolva throughout a test/deca cycle?
