AI and PCT help

Can somebody please help me with first cycle info. I am 25 years old. 5'9 205 lbs. I am gonna be running test 400 and deca 300 a week. I have found alot of answers but cannot find specific dosages and amounts so i can order enough ahead of time to have it on hand. here are my questions

1. Do i need to take anything else during my cycle (AI etc? if so how much per day/or week)

2. what should i take for my pct and how much/how often?

Both questions are never set in stone bro. I can give you suggestions but everyone is different and everyone will advise something different. I would suggest maybe buying arimidex and plan to use .25-.50mg ed while on cycle. You can also us it at the same dose for PCT for about 4 weeks and run nolva during PCT as well at 20mg ed for 5-6 weeks until your sex drive is back to normal.

I was under the impression that only Aromasin can be used effectively on a tamoxifen -based PCT since Letro or Adex interfere with tamoxifen. Isnt that true? Not 100% sure tho.

yeah ur right, thats what the studies are saying. use arimidex , it doesnt get affected by it

NOPE. You can use letro or a-dex successfully with nolvadex . I have done so myself.

yeah bino is right, but even on the script writeups for arimidex it said nolvadex could reduce its effectiveness, it reduces the levels of it in the blood. and ur right aromasin is the 1 that doesnt get affected, i meant to say use aromasin but typed arimidex accidentally. but aromasin and letro are so fvcking potent, instead of them reducing ur estro by 95...itll be like 70 at lowest lol which is a TON less. anyway, go for aromasin, IMHO, reducing ur estro 95% is too much unless ur cutting b4 a competition, and itll ruin ur cholesterol levels.

actually nolva and clomid improve cholesterol and lipid profiles.

While letro and adex lower but it takes time and prolly years..

Is there any studies showing how letro and arimidex affect lipid profiles and cholesterol during a pct?

I have that same question about using arimidex and nolvadex .

What about Proviron and Nolvadex? That ought not to interfere and you've got an AI and SERM combo.
