    what would be the most reasonable compounds to take?

    how often are you shooting
    what dose
    cycle experience

    those questions will help get you a more acurate answer but without knowing that ill throw this out:

    i like this pct for myself:
    weeks 1-2 nolva 50mg, proviron 100mg
    weeks 3-5 nolva 25mg, proviron 50mg
