First cycle and pct

I am 27 y/o 6'2 and 189 pounds and getting ready to start my first ever cycle next month. Ive read so many conflicting post in here about what pct to use for ur first cycle and just wondering what everyone thinks it should be for this cycle.

Test E 10 weeks 500mg/week
Nolva weeks 1-12 @ 10mg a day

I would:

-run test E for 2-4 more weeks
-increase nolva to 20mg ED for 4 wks PCT
-use clomid 100mg ED first 2 wks of PCT and 50mg ED for remainder 2 wks
- get some proviron and use it throughout the cycle as well as pct (25mg ED)..if you can get it
- get some tribulus for PCT (2g ED)
-HCG optional, depending on how you react...if your boys shrink into cherry tomatoes then u might wanna use it...but use it in the last 2-3 weeks of your cycle before pct (500iu ED reccomended)

But above all bro, you could have researched and gave us your 'best' proposal,despite being confused,we would have corrected it for you....an open ended question like this shifts alot of the burden of help on us...help us help you!!

sorry about the openess, i see where ur coming from on that and should have listed what i had so far. thank you alot for your inout on the pct i hadnt considered the tribulus befor but believe i will now. How about arimidex , i was thinking of putting that into my pct to at .25mg a day ED

arimidex is also good....but IMO, pick one; between nolvadex and arimidex....I use nolva cuz i get it cheap but arimidex is way tooo expensive where I'm at
