Second Cycle Critique

Hey Bros,

I just finished my second PCT consisting of:

HCG 500ius 2x a week for 3 weeks
21mgs of nolvadex ED for 3 weeks

Reason for a second PCT is that I had VERY low TEST levels after the first PCT combination of the deca and I f*cked up with the HCG, but everything is back to normal.

The question is if there is a standard off time after finishing a PCT to jump on another cycle. It been 3 months since my last cycle of Test and Deca. I am thinking of waiting another 2 weeks before I begin my sencond cycle below:

week
1-10 test Cyp 400 mgs
1-10 deca 200mgs
Arimidex throughout @ .5mgs EOD

13-16 HCG 500ius 3x week
13-18 Nolva 21mgs ED
