    Can anyone recomend good PCT for..........

    Can anyome recomend a good PCT for my first cycle? This is what I'm looking at thus far.

    Week 1 - 10: 500mg of test weekly
    Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
    Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
    Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily

    I'm sorry. Thats what I'm wondering. Is what I have listed good? Should I mix it up, or should I add anything to it? Basically what I posted is a recommended cycle through a "friend". I just want to make sure this first cycle goes off without a hitch.

    It is pretty standard pct from what i have read! have a look in the sicky's at the top pf this section for other ideas and more info
