Just comoimg to end of 2nd cycle prop/tren made the ga9ns i hoped for went from 76kg 10% bf to 85kg 8% bf, just ****in worroes that ill loose all that hard work and mucle ( pct gear all good and sorted). you thoughts on diet and trianing would be appreciated. thanks guys.

Ive never had any luck with increasing calories during PCT, all that is going to do is make you gain bodyfat. If your training intensity is down, which is what it is going to need to be, you will be burning fewer calories and you metabolisim will be slower. Adding calories will just be stored as bodyfat. At most I would try to maintain the same level of calories as when you were on, and cut back on intensity/and or frequency.
