    diet and training during pct

    Am i correct in thinking that when stoppimng cycle and starting PCT total caloroes need to be increased and training intensity moderated a litttle? Just comoimg to end of 2nd cycle prop/tren made the ga9ns i hoped for went from 76kg 10% bf to 85kg 8% bf, just ****in worroes that ill loose all that hard work and mucle ( pct gear all good and sorted). you thoughts on diet and trianing would be appreciated. thanks guys.

    my thought's are to increase cal's and to increase training intensity (this will be hard) and decrease the gym time.

    thatz what i would do...also increase calories with quality food ....especially protein...

    Ive never had any luck with increasing calories during PCT, all that is going to do is make you gain bodyfat. If your training intensity is down, which is what it is going to need to be, you will be burning fewer calories and you metabolisim will be slower. Adding calories will just be stored as bodyfat. At most I would try to maintain the same level of calories as when you were on, and cut back on intensity/and or frequency.

    what worked best for me was i ate just like i did when i was on but decreased my training from 5 days/wk down to 3 days a week and worked out as hard as I could and i only lost about 5 lbs max
