how should i run my pct

this is my cylcle i have been told so many ways to run my pct. I really want to be safe. any suggestions

1 500 mgs 30 mgs/day
2 500 mgs 30 mgs/day
3 500 mgs 30 mgs/day
3 500 mgs 30 mgs/day
4 500 mgs 30 mgs/day
5 500 mgs
6 500 mgs
7 500 mgs
8 500 mgs
9 500 mgs
10 500 mgs

clomid 1-4 100mg first 2 weeks ed / 50mg last 2 weeks ed

i would drop the nolva to 20mg ed and ad in an AI like aromasin or arimadex

no, i would stick with the clomid ..and also add an AI like stocky121 said

ok so this is it now

1-10 test enan 500mg ew
1-4 dbol 30mg ed
1-12 proviron 25mg ed
13-15 nolva 20mg ed
13-14 clomid 100mg first 2 weeks ed / 50mg last 2 weeks ed

running the proviron til week 12 cos thats when test enan will be out of system half life of 14 days yes???

i would run pct a little longer 6 weeks...and also use hcg through the cycle at a low dose ..500UI (250UI twice a week)
