PCT questions

This is most likely a question that will need to be answered by someone with a lot of knowledge.

I'm incorporating HCG in my PCT. It is recommended that HCG be started with the last week of the cycle. However, it is also recommended that HCG be combined with Nolvadex ; as they work quite well together.
Here is the problem though.......
The Nolva shouldn't be started until 14 days after the last Test E injection.

To me it is pretty obvious that the timing doesn't match up.

An example of a 14 week cycle of Test E:

-taking .25mg Arimidex ED and throughout PCT
-HCG should be added in week 14, 15 & 16 @500 I.U. every other day
this way it starts with the last week of Test E
-Nolva shouldn't be added until week 16, 17, 18 & 19

How can I run the HCG and Nolva together???????

I think you would start the HCG one week after last injection and nolva two weeks after last injection. Technically your still starting HCG one week before your cycle "ends" as the Test is still there. Then you start nolva when its gone. Then they would both be ran the same time.
