    Clenbuterol and Cortisol, details

    Hey guys,

I know it is widely accepted that clenbuterol is an effective cortisol blocker, but I am having trouble finding information on exactly how it accomplishes this physiologically. I'm not pre-med or anything, it may be obvious for someone who has some expertise there.

I am trying to determine if clenbuterol's cortisol blocking effect is subject to the same 2 week downregulation that the thermogenic/fat loss properties are subject to. I.e. I want to run clen as a cortisol blocker throughout a peptide bridge cycle not caring about the fat loss, for say 60 mcg a day without breaks. Any comments?

You can run it with benadryl or kynoslen (sp?) and that will keep effects from diminishing.

Yeah, I want to avoid running the 2 week on 1 week benadryl routine, since I actually would rather not experience the thermo effects. I will If I have to though.

As far as I know it is not one of those things that is 100% proven. You will find some people that seem like they know what they are talking about say it does, and others say it does not. Go ahead and try it. Its not expensive and it couldn't hurt (unless you have heart problems). I think that you expecting a little too much in being able to run it for more than 2 weeks. I always start out with around 40-60mcg, and by the end of the 2 week mark I am barely feeling 200mcg. I have run a few 2 week runs of clen with 3mg of ketotifen a day. I have tried 2 different types of ketotifen liquid brands, and neither seemed to have any affect on keeping my receptors fresh.
