If I understand the recommended Novice Cycle for Test cyp, if I do 400 mg/wk then I need no PCT??

how many weeks would you be on cycle at 400mg/wk?

I am a first timer...looking to do a 10 wk cycle. I am 165lbs and have been working out steady for 8 months.

how many calories per day, how much protein, etc.

High protein, clean diet for the last 6 weeks.

how many calories per day, how many grams of protein a day, etc. Your diet will determine how much you grow whether you do steroids or not.
