PCT help please!

After reading all of the PCT threads, my head is spinning eyes are burning and questions still unanswered. Everyone has their own opinions and great facts supporting their opinions....but none of them seem to coincide with each other. IMO you guys are all right, even with contradicting views, you all make great points. I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP.

STATS AND CYCLE: IM 22, 6'2 175LBS. 5-7% body fat. until recently ive played college soccer and ran marathons, Im in tip top shape...i just want to be bigger. This will be my second cycle, first was test enth 400mgs for 10 weeks (no pct) I recovered fine, didnt lose much gains. I was told I'm lucky.

This cycle was going to be a deca only, but i was quickly told i was a dumbass if i did that. So ive added test cyp at 200mgs. a week for 12 weeks, in addition to the deca 400mgs a week for 10 weeks. I'm still slender so I dont want to overdo it just yet.(thats why the test is at a low level)

What I know, Nolva isnt good to take with deca, so ive decided to go with letro. Since this is a mass gaining cycle I was instructed not to take during the cycle, only if needed.

So here it goes, I start the Letro the day after my last injection ands run it for two weeks until i start clomid at 25mg a day for 3 weeks...

OR start letro and clomid on same day two weeks after last injection running both for four weeks. Im still unsure as to how much letro to be taking at 2.5mg/ml?

Im desperate, Please clarify this for me. Thanks Guys.

you should not run nolva during cycle with deca , but that doesn't necessarily mean you can't include nolva in pct following a test/deca cycle.

So is it good advice not to run an AI during cycle, only if neded? And, should i run nolva post cycle instead of letro?

Personally I like to run a mild ai during a heavy cycle, I run arimidex at .25eod while on.

You'd consider this a heavy cycle? So you recommend i run arimidex through the cycle...so how would that effect the letro and clomid PCT? should it stay they same?

The cycle you propose wouldn't be a heavy cycle for me, but I don't know if this is your first cycle, if you are prone to gyno, etc.

well in my stats youll see im slim, but very toned. This is my second cycle. first described in first post.

do you know if you are prone to gyno? If you are not then I would just have an ai on hand in case you need it.

It is possible that i may be, but i dont want to take any chances. When i was going through puberty i had a problem with inflamed mamory glands, which i took antibiotics for. So that rises some doubts, but i dont know if thats relevant now.

From top to bottom, to be honest it didnt make much sense. He showed his cycle recommendation at the bottom but that could be for someone much larger than me, thats why i was asking for a personal recommendation based on my stats and contents of my cycle.

Im going to run letro and clomid at recommended dosages for a duration of four weeks tapering off toward the end. Along with vitamin c, b-12, and E. Unless someone recommends something different, I just really dont want bitch tits.
