Its an awsome PCT I used it last cycle... my nuts were up and running in NO time flat..... I was cutting though so I cant tell you how much muscle I kept =P but I can tell it rocks as a pct..

Did a Prop/tren / winny cycle and recovered fine. Even gained during pct (due to the calorie increase). Great pct.

I always hear GREAT feedback from people that have used his pct protocol !!

I am on HRT now so I dont do pct anymore but I have used his protocol in the past and I liked it .. I had blood work done and it helped me recover very well

i have some questions.1-when should i run this i will run test deca for 10 weeks and test prop just before pct ..
2- can i run hcg from the start and use it in pct as well?
3-i wont be able to get aromasin not evem letro or aramidex cause i am from egypt and its too expensive for me to afford ,will it be ok if i ran this pct with no aromasin ,maybe be proviron but hairloss is my main concern along with acne ..thanks

1-do the prop for 2 weeks more than the rest and start pct 3 or 4 days after last prop shot.
2-you can. but dosages and shot frequency are different for both cases.
3-Proviron 's AI properties can't compare to Aromasin , letro or adex, but try upping the dosage to 100mg ed. Proviron never caused me hairloss or acne problems, but that's just me.

Only you can see if you need it during cycle or not. I like to run it at 250 iu 2x a week from the middle of the cycle to prevent testicular shrinkage and total suppression.
I am prone to hairloss and never had problems with proviron .

you can, but use a different protocol (i.e. 250iu 2x a week) in order not to downregulate LH receptors on the testicles. That would take out most of that pct protocol's efficiency.

I used it and my PCT went fairly well.

I've get a different approach now:

- 125-250ius/ED 2-3 times weekly when "on"
- Ramp to 250-500ius/ED for 10-15 days proir to PCT
- Ramp any AI being used
- 10-15 days later, introduce Nolva 20mg/ED OR Clomid 25-50mg/ED (or both) for 4-5 weeks.
- Run the AI (Arimidex , Aromasin ) for the 4-5 weeks too
- Proviron can be used to mask any decrease in sex drive (25-50mg/ED). This works for some and not others.
