whats the best pct??

hey gyes i need the best pct and the best way to keep my gains
when should i take the pct and how ??

this is my third cycle
i'm taking 1 vial susta 250 on MON-WED-FRI total 750 mg for 14 weeks
and the same with Deca -Durabolin total of 500 mg a week (200+200+100) on MON-WED-FRI for 12 weeks
and the bleu hearts dianabol 40mg/day first 6 weeks

Nolvadex 20mg ED 4 weeks
Aromasin 25mg ED 3 weeks
Myogenx Double Dose ED 4 weeks
IGF-1LR3 40mcg ED 4 weeks

for basically all my cycles and works great.

This is my PCT protocol:

HCG-500iu/e3d for two weeks pre-PCT and one week into PCT.

Proviron-Always ran throughout cycle @ 50mg/ed and reduced to 25mg/ed for the first 2 weeks of PCT.

Toremifene-Week 1: 120mg/day; Week 2: 90mg/day; Week 3: 60mg/day; Week 4: 30mg/day

Along with OTC supplementation.

This protocol has never treated me better than any in the past. Faster and fuller recovery. IMO, it's the best.

k guys this was the first cycle i ran as im sure u know buy now. and from what i understood from my cycle i should run NOLV (liquidex) and clomiphene citrate(clammed) so i ordered these and got them. now ive seen different dosages and lengths of time to be taking these. what are your ideas and how to run these two products. i ran nolvadex as needed thru cycle. i just ended cycle a few days ago. help out guys im shrinking>>>>

I like to go with nolva/clomid/and an AI. Usually exemestane or letro. You could also add proviron to your pct.

he is taking decca why would you recomend nolva? nolva is no good for PCT with tren and decca as they are 19nor compounds
