    Hello to everybody!!!

    I'm a new one, and want to begin a bodybuilding cycle, but I'm not sure with each one to begin. Please advise.

    start reading and reading.there are lots of info on this board.nobody will give you a cycle but after gaining knowledge there are lots of ppl that can offer advice.
