just started pct - do i carry on working out as normal 6 days a week?
Hi
I've just started my pct - nolvadex (20mg a day) and clomid (50mg a day)
My body is starting to feel a bit different coming off steroids . Training is a lot more harder on my body, body feels tired quite quickly. Weird rashes appearing near my armpits / chest. Something doesn't feel right.
Am I to train as I did whilst on steroids (5 - 6 days a week). Or during pct do you cut down your training so ur body recovers? whats the drill?
Was on a 9 week cycle of oral steroids - anabol and anadrol 50.

Lift as hard as you can only spend less time and do less sets/reps in the gym. Get in and get out.
Btw, 5-6 days a week is way too much. Try going EOD or 3-4 days a week.

No to flame buddy, but from what I can see here your overtrainig. I would assume thats why your tired, part of the reason anyhow. Go get some bloodwork done. I think ull find that most will recomend 4 days a week, five tops. Nine weeks of just orals..hmmmmm....research a proper cycle my friend and start clean after pct. I train the same either way. Four days a week, go hard and rest hard... caloric intake can fall slightly but keep up at 500 over maintenence and lift hard. No sence loosing any more of that hard earned muscle than nessesary.
