PCT for Test E 500mg/week cycle

Ok im in iraq now but i come home end of febuary and plan on starting up a test e cycle for 12 weeks. Im 20 years old 6'0 230 and have very litte steroid experience (about 3 weeks in highschool) can someone throw me a simple pct cycle please and when should i start it?

wow that link was awesome, so my clomid was a bad idea. stick to nolvadex add hcg . got it. could nolv. be taken during cycle to keep gyno sides down?

from what ive learned in the past few days estrogen is required to build muscle you do not need to take nolvadex to provent gyno but to stop gyno if its happening so therefore i wouldnt add it in your cycle but have it on hand just in case hope this helps

in the link it says nolva increases test by 150% , does this mean ur natural test when ur on pct ? or anytime?

some people run novla with there cycles as it does not lower estrogen but binds to estrogen receptors to prevent gyno.. but if your running a 19nor in ur cycle it is suggested not use a novla as its increases ur progesteron but you can use an AI which does reduces your estrogen levels but use only if signs of gyno are there as you do need estrogen to maximize gains (per mercs article).

ive talked to a lot of people and with a single substance cycle, which is what im gonna be doing, ive got a majority of opinions that suggest just nolvadex and clomid will be enough to keep ur gains
