PCT and on cycle prevention

HI, I am about to start my cycle( 1-10, test c 500mg/week). Stats- 21yrs, 190lbs, 12-13%BF, 5'9.).

1. If I see signs of gyno while on cycle, how much arimidex should I take?

For my PCT- .5mg Every day for 4 weeks. IS that enough to get hormonal levels back to normal?

Everyone is free to shoot holes through this.

I am also buying letro just incase. Can't find nolva or clomid from a r r . c o m.

2. Do I need an AI and a serm for PCT or will either one work?

Please critique. I still don't have all the knowledge, but everyday I stare at the roids I got and can't wait for the first shot.

Yes you need a SERM and an AI during PCT. For SERM's try to get your hands on both Nolva and Clomid and the arimidex you have will be fine for the AI. There are some good stickies at the top of the PCT section, read them.
