Deciding which steroid to use was easy compared to choosing a PCT

I am on a Sustanon Cycle now in mid week 7 with 4.5 weeks to go.

I am so damm confused about the PCT. I have been reading on this website and on steroid -encyclopedia.com and from google searches and I am more confused from the conflicting comments.

I have read something that conflicts everything that I have read at least twice.

The most comprehensive info I have read is the Anthony Roberts post. I feel most comfortable with his because it post some good comments and it also has some research behind it. But he was fired from this website with some nasty things said about him.

The other thing. Dont these doses have some reflection on weight of a person and the amount of steroids they actually did and for how long? How old you are?

I am 30 and weigh 190lbs now.

Also there is some conflicting info in his report that he admits to saying "totally honest, you can probably even get away with for less of that (Novaldex)"

I am having trouble getting his AI, Aromasin and it is very expensive.

I have also read a heavy recommendation for Tribulus but then I read a report that said no scientific evidence is available to support that but then another report that it produced more test than cypoinate in rats.

The amount of info out there is huge and its all over the place.

I think that Anthony Roberts seems to be the best but I just dont know. Would his PCT be ok if I do 10mg of Nolvadex and just 300iu of HCG and 10mg of Aromasin with 1000iu of Vitamin E.

From what I understand that the amount of one chemical is dependent on the amount of the others too. Its not so random as some people seem to suggest.

I agree, there are some many different ways PCT is layed out. I believe it is what works best for you. This is my first PCT and I decided to do it as followed:

Wk 1-4 20mgs Nolva ed
Wk 1-2 70mgs Clomid ed
Wk 3-4 35mgs Clomid ed
Wk 1-2 .25mgs Aromidex ed
Wk 3-4 .25mgs Aromidex eod

I will try and remember to let you know how it works out. By the way I was using 500mgs of test prop/Wk.

Does body weight and the amount of gear have an effect on the amount of each drug i should take?

You say to follow as directed but he says that taking much less would be as effective. I will do as spelled out I just want to know why he says that about 1/4 the dose would be just as effective and why I should do more

I agree with Big... I just did that PCT off a test cycle of 500pw and didn't even get any acne. Kept my strength and lost 10 or 15 pounds.....

Just wanted to let you know that I increased the aromidex to .50mgs ed. Nipples felt wierd. I think wk 3-4 I will drop it down to .25mgs ed, but the other doses seem to be fine.
