    help on pct?

    Im about to start the cycle below and im asking what dosages you all recommend for pct
    im
    24
    6'
    201 lbs
    9% bf
    6-7 years of training and last 3 years consistent training since im in the military working out 5 days a week and doing plenty of cardio

    im doing
    week 1-4 50 mg dbol ED
    week 1-12 Test E 500mg split in two (monday,thursday)

    Ive got Nolva and Clomid on hand. About to order arimidex .
    What dosages for pct are recommended?

    what works great for me is:
    1-4wk nolva 20mg ed
    1-4wk clomid 50mg ed
    1-4wk proviron 5omg ed-many peeps will substitute the proviron with aromison which is probably the better option,but this work great for me

    Adex for PCT is a bad idea. Nolva and Adex reduce each other effectivness.

    adex for pct is not a bad idea

    i agree adex dose reduce the effect of nolva but not by a great deal.

    i clomid nolva adex pct would be better then just a clomid nolva pct
    no open source posting
