Input on this PCT for 16wk cycle

hey guys whats goin on? I have a question about my PCT.

My bad about the title its 14 weeks. I dont know how that got mixed up lol.
This is what iv'e been runnin
wk
1-14 Test E at 800mg/wk
1-14 Eq at 400mg/wk
10-14 Winstrol 100mgED

I was thinking of running Nolva 40mgED for first couple weeks then dropping it down to 20mgED. That is what I have on hand right now. Im on week 9 right now so I have time to get mroe stuff.

My question comes in here I can get clomid and aromasin . I've been reading that 1 SERM and 1 AI should be used. I was gunna get aromasin and use 25mgED.
Should I get the clomid and 100mgED or less???

I need some advice from the pros here lol

Also I was gunna throw clen in to stop the anti-catobolic effects during PCT.

I would use clomid/nolva/aromasin if all are available.

Id use Nolva and an AI.

40mgs of nolva is a lot, but to eachs own.

Heres how i would do it.

Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Aromasin or Proviron - 50/50/25/25
Clomid (optional) - 50/50/25/25

All good advice.

I'd run Arimidex during your cycle at 0.5mg/EOD and HCG at 125-250ius 2-3 times weekly too (very important).

Then conduct PCT with Clomid, Aromasin and Proviron (Nolva if you wish).

You also shouldnt limit the PCT to X amount of weeks, you should do PCT until you have fully recovered IMHO. That being determined via bloodwork.
