I just finished at least a 16 week test cyp cycle. I have two amps of 5000 iu bottles, and also ordered some arr 30 ml bac water, but it also came with sodium chloride? Now am I suppose to mix the sodium in also or just the bac water? Also is it just 1 ml of the bac water? And 500 iu every 2 days? Any help would be great THANKS! Oh and I'm running 20 mgs of nolvdex, but when should I add the nolva?

just the bac water. if you take the 5000iu and add 1ml fluid, then 1/10ml=500iu. if you add 10ml fluid, then 1ml=500iu.
I'm not sure what you're asking about the nolva, is that your only pct, and you want to know when to start pct? If so, I'd start pct about 16 days after last test shot. (I'd want a better pct)

I thought the pct was ok, I was under the assumption Nolva and Clomid are one in the same. I dont even think that the 10ml of water would fit in the amp, wouldnt it overflow? I also thought I was only suppose to add 1 ml in total of bac water, because thats what came with it?

nolva and clomid are not the same.
most people I know use a 10ml sealed sterile vial to store it in, you can't store an opened amp.

Thanks so much for the help. So, my next question is conversion, so I do or dont just use 1 ml of bac water, and just use .01 on the slin pin, which would be to the 10th place on the slin.

that would be fine if you want 500iu per shot.
