Winstrol pct

My friend did a 4/5 week cycle on winstorol he did an injection eod to cut up. he did'nt see many gains during his cycle he did no pct and says he felt fine plus every week since his cycle hes been getting stronger any one know why this is? (i was thinking dud gear but the stuff looked like it could be sold in a chemist nice box etc)

He likely has never trained much naturally so gains come easy no matter what. PCT is a must on all cycles.

Hes been training for 2 and a half year he was aboute 15 stone and it was his first cycel (is it that this roid is not that strong)
